Divya has close to two decades of experience in leadership development and organizational transformation. She is trained in many leading modalities of personality assessment, leadership and adult development. Through these rigorous trainings and her professional experience, she has gained a deep understanding of the forces that influence a human life, and is able to create conditions required for sustainable development. She has worked with companies such as Aon, Carrier, BCG and served various other clients in Asia Pacific and Middle East.
Certification and Qualification: Post graduate degree in management from ISB Hyderabad; Advanced multi year certification in Integral Coaching from New Ventures West, California. She is trained in Hogan Personality Inventories and Organization and Relationship Systems coaching, and holds a PCC level certification with the ICF.
